Your logo should be prominent so the whole world can see it and know the name of your company.
Make sure you include a logo in a prominent place and your logo identifies your company. You want people to see it and know which company the logo is representing.
Take a look at a home page that has a lot going on. www.ocsgroup.com You will see that the OCS Group logo is prominently displayed in the upper left-hand corner of the site. If you are anywhere on the OCS site and want to get back to the home page all you have do is click on the OCS Logo.
Jones Hydraulic has a unique logo in the shape of Texas. www.joneshydraulic.com it was very important that we made their logo prominent and clickable since their site does not have a Home Page link in the main navigation.
You see more and more websites that are eliminating Home from their navigation menu. They are using the logo as the way to get back Home from any page.
