We all have websites that we check each and every day. It’s quite the habit to feel the need to check social media sites, Youtube, and even browse various topics on Wikipedia. Have you ever wondered which of those sites see the most traffic?
According to a new study from eBizMBA, the results may surprise you. Using analytics and research data from other agencies such as Alexa and Quantcast, who specialize in online audience measurement and real-time advertisement, eBiz ranked the top 15 most popular websites as of May 2016.
Google, which should be no surprise, was ranked #1. Google hosts over 1.2 billion….yes BILLION, unique visitors each month. Not far behind is another site owned by Google, Youtube. The massively popular video-sharing and social media website ranked second on the list with over 1.1 billion unique monthly visitors.
Other addictively popular social media sites on the list include Facebook at #3 and Twitter at #7. You can follow the link below and check out the full list!
