BMA Houston Auction

Once a year, the Business Marketing Association – Houston Chapter has a fund raising auction.

The items up for bid include Media Space in Oil & Gas Industry Publications and Online.

What is great about an auction of this type is first time advertisers get to try magazine and online ad space at a rate they decide.   Remember it’s an auction so the high bidder gets the ad space.

I personally have bid on media space in the past to help promote the web design services of Upstream Marketing to the Oil & Gas community and was the high bidder.

Upstream Marketing ads have appeared in Oil & Gas Petroleum Equipment (OGPE) , American Oil & Gas Reporter (AOGR), Pipeline & Gas Journal and Underwater Magazine.  All were purchased through the BMA Houston Annual Auction.

Every ad placed resulted in prospective clients calling about our website design and redesign services.  You can view some of those clients in our Industrial Website Design Portfolio.

I would highly recommend that you visit http://www.biddingforgood.com/bmahouston today and place your bids on some great media.  The proceeds from the auction fund the BMA Houston Scholarship and Internship programs.  My niece is a recipient of one of the scholarships.

The BMA Houston 2012 Online Media Auction – closes Thursday, March 29th at 11:00pm (CST)  Bid Now!
