Facebook groups are good for business. While pages are sometimes better for marketing and promoting, groups are great for forum type work, education, and employee productivity. For example, sales consultants that are a part of a team often use Facebook groups to communicate, challenge each other, etc. Business owners who train online courses often meeting in a Facebook group with their clients. It is a way of providing support and fostering collaboration.
Creating a Facebook group is just as easy as creating a page.
Once you’ve created your group, there are several ways through which you can access them later. You can find them in multiple places on your home page:
